Recommended for Pro Racing or OEM replacement, this Super Sport Chain has thicker side plates and bigger pins to provide strength and durability for high performance machines. This lightweight chain features reinforced rollers and K-3 grease for decreased friction & increased strength.
This chain is a few links longer than most factory chains and is essential when adding teeth to the rear sprocket. Also, great for someone who has extended their swingarm. Can be used with 520 conversions to reduce weight and resistance in the drive train. Commonly found on R1, R6, F4i, and GSXR 600, 750, and 1000 for those converting to a 520 system from stock systems. Intended for street use and probably not suitable for drag racing applications because of wear. The increase in power of 520 systems is found in acceleration from slow to low speeds and not dead starts.
